We are seeking an experienced commercial real estate Property Administrator/Tenant Service Coordinator ready to grow with a dynamic commercial real estate team in Atlanta. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented professional who knows the ins and outs of supporting Class A commercial office properties. Requirements: Prior experience as a Tenant Service Coordinator in commercial real estate is preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency with industry-related software (Yardi experience a plus!). In this role, you will: Assist the Property Manager with daily operations, including tenant relations, vendor coordination, and work order management. Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and maintain accurate records for budgeting and reporting. Support lease administration activities and ensure compliance with company and tenant requirements. #J-18808-Ljbffr
