We believe that a variety of backgrounds makes our team stronger and more innovative.Are You a Match?Required Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent requiredAbility to work extended hours/shift work as business needs dictateValid Driver's LicenseNot afraid of heightsWork in all weather conditionsPreferred Qualifications:Technical Associates degree preferred2+ years of technical training or operations experienceMechanically inclinedKnowledge/understanding of instrumentation, rotating equipment and piping systemsFamiliarity with regulatory requirements for operating plants (Process Safety Management, EPA regulations, FDA regulations, state/local regulations)Knowledge in the proper methods of locking out and isolating equipmentAbility to use computers-knowledge of Microsoft Office softwareAbility to work in a team environment; demonstrated self motivated attitudeGood verbal/written communication skills in order to deal effectively with management and external customersQualified in operation of the forklift, man lift and overhead crane is preferredHighly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workBenefitsWe care about and support our Airgas Families.
