This role works closely with the Parts Manager to ensure efficient inventory control, excellent customer service, and smooth coordination between the parts, service, and sales departments. Key Responsibilities Assist the Parts Manager with daily department operations Maintain accurate inventory levels, stocking, and organization Process parts orders, returns, and warranty claims Work closely with the Service Department to ensure timely parts availability Assist with wholesale and retail parts sales Monitor parts obsolescence and assist with inventory adjustments Ensure compliance with manufacturer and dealership policies Provide excellent customer service to technicians, advisors, and customers Step in to manage department operations in the Parts Manager’s absence Qualifications Previous automotive parts experience required (Chrysler/CDJR experience preferred) Knowledge of dealer parts systems (e.g., CDK, Dealertrack, or similar) Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment Leadership potential and team-oriented mindset Valid driver’s license What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays 401(k) with company match Career growth opportunities within a growing dealership Supportive team environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Amato Automotive Group
