Superintendent - Commercial Construction

Position Summary Landmark Builders is seeking a full-time, experienced Superintendent in Myrtle Beach, SC. Key Responsibilities Lead field teams on assigned construction projects, providing direct supervision and guidance to subcontractors and Landmark personnel. Create and implement project execution plans for complex projects, adjusting as necessary to address changing needs and requirements. Ensure compliance with project plans, project specifications, and Landmark QA/QC program. Generate, maintain, and execute detailed look-ahead schedules, scheduling all subcontractors, suppliers, testing, and inspections as necessary to meet required milestones. Lead project safety culture and confirm adherence to Landmark Safety Program. Lead weekly onsite progress meetings with subcontractors and participate in regular Owner-Architect-Contractor meetings. Maintain open lines of communication with General Superintendent, Project Manager, field staff, owners, architects, subcontractors, and the entire team, keeping all parties informed of project issues and changes. Qualifications 5+ years of experience preferred as a commercial construction Superintendent. Safety focus and expertise; 30-hour OSHA certification preferred. Proven leadership ability with an efficient personnel management approach. Detail-oriented management style with strong attention to quality and compliance. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High ethical standards, honesty, and integrity in all professional conduct.
