Client Care Specialist Recovery Support & Floor Mentor

Minnesota Adult & Teen Challenge is seeking a Client Care Specialist to support the Life Renewal/IOL program with encouragement, guidance, and daily floor supervision. You will be the consistent presence, helping clients stay on track toward recovery while responding to emergent needs. The role requires compassion, observational skills, and the ability to de-escalate and coordinate with the care team.
