Communications & Change Management Intern

Genmab

Genmab seeks a Communications & Change Management Intern for a 10-week summer program (June–August 2027) based in Princeton, NJ. The intern will create internal communications content, manage digital platforms, support organizational change initiatives, and contribute to cross-functional projects within the Data, Digital & AI function.

Responsibilities

Maintain and update team SharePoint site, audit content accuracy, and publish news articles
Test generative AI tools, document use cases, gather user feedback, and promote to employees
Record, edit, and produce short videos for internal communications, training, and event coverage
Support Princeton-based events including logistics, live execution, and post-event surveys
Draft internal communications materials and develop adoption resources for portfolio initiatives

Requirements

Currently enrolled in bachelor's or master's program in communications, marketing, business, or related field
Professional or academic writing experience demonstrated through coursework, publications, or portfolio
Excellent writing and editing skills with ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple concurrent assignments
Proven collaboration and communication skills with ability to integrate feedback
