Oncology-specific training and certification provided.Acute Medical/Hospitalist Care: Manage a broad range of acute and complex medical conditions with rapidly evolving patient needs.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver holistic, high-quality nursing care from admission through dischargePerform assessments, care planning, and clinical interventions including telemetry monitoring and chemotherapy administrationCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams through daily roundingEnsure accurate documentation and adherence to NYS Nurse Practice Act and professional standardsSupport continuity of care across the patient journeyServe as a clinician, educator, mentor, and patient advocateQualificationsCurrent RN license in New York StateGraduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)Minimum 1 year of Med-Surg or Critical Care experience preferredNew grads encouraged to apply through Nurse Residency ProgramCommitment to ongoing education and professional developmentPay Range: $38.75 - $58.35Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
