Admin/Customer Service Rep

Job Description:
This client is the leading automotive claim and repair management company nationwide. We specialize in automotive hail damage repair across the continental United States. Our truly revolutionary mobile hail repair creates an unbeatable experience where technicians travel directly to our customers to fix their vehicle. Imagine for just a moment an autobody repair experience that eliminates the need for a vehicle to be left in a repair facility for days or even weeks!
In this role you will be selling the "EXPERIENCE" to our customers. The client offers an unparalleled mobile service for our clients, and as the liaison, you'll be the one to connect all the pieces!
Essentially you will be selling specific "packages" that we offer to our customers over the phone

Pay:
Pay for this position will be $20-$21/hr with an opportunity for monthly commission!
Qualifications
To be successful in this role someone has to be comfortable making 50+ outbound calls per day.
The candidate must also be technology savvy - comfortable with dual monitors, multiple web based programs, SMS Chat functions, and working in MS Teams.
Education = High School or GED.
Prior call center experience or retail customer service handling volume customers in time sensitive environment is ideal.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
