Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative based in the United States, you will serve as the primary point of contact between our company and our valued customers. Responsibilities: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Collaborate with internal departments such as sales, technical support, and logistics to resolve customer issues efficiently. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved and gather feedback to improve service quality.
