Home Health Speech Therapist: Restore Speech & Independence

CenterWell Home Health seeks a Speech Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat patients in their homes, helping restore communication, swallowing and quality of life. You will develop the Plan of Treatment, perform assessments, and coordinate care while educating patients and families and maintaining documentation per policy.
