We are seeking a UX Researcher to support Business Banking digital initiatives, partnering across product, design, business banking, and strategy teams to inform decisions and drive meaningful outcomes for business clients and employees.This role is focused on discovery, problem framing, and insight generation in complex environments. You will be responsible for leading research that connects the needs, behaviors, and expectations of business banking clients with organizational priorities, ensuring that insights are not only uncovered, but acted upon.You will play a key role in strengthening how research informs digital decision-making across Business Banking, bringing clarity to ambiguity, influencing direction, and embedding user-centered thinking into product development.
