Senior Product Manager - Digital Wealth Advisory Experiences

Our work spans strategic business priorities, advisor and client experiences, operating-model design, workflow enablement, and the digital capabilities required to bring those strategies to life.We are looking for a product champion who is passionate about wealth management, solving ambiguous business problems, and translating strategy into action. This role will support a flexible portfolio of high-priority initiatives that may include advisor teaming, client segmentation, ultra-high-net-worth experiences, and other emerging priorities across Wealth and Advice.In this role, you will work across Wealth, Retail, Technology, Operations, Product, and field teams to define future-state experiences and operating models, identify the capabilities needed to enable them, and help drive efforts from early strategy and discovery through implementation. The ideal candidate brings strong wealth-management and business acumen, practical product-management experience, and enough technical understanding to partner effectively on workflow, data, Salesforce, and integration considerations.The Team Is Responsible ForDefining, prioritizing, executing, and measuring the Digital Wealth Advisory Experiences roadmap and associated business outcomesShaping advisor and client experiences that support the continued evolution of Schwab's wealth-management offeringsTranslating strategic priorities and future operating models into clear experience, process, workflow, data, and technology needsPartnering across business, product, design, operations, risk, legal/compliance, and technology teams to move complex initiatives from concept through implementationDesigning scalable approaches that improve coordination, consistency, advisor effectiveness, and client outcomesUsing advisor, client, business, and operational insights to inform recommendations, priorities, and investment decisionsDriving stakeholder alignment and adapting the roadmap as business priorities and client needs evolveWhat You'll DoLead product strategy, discovery, and execution for a flexible portfolio of strategic Wealth initiatives, which may include advisor teaming, client segmentation, ultra-high-net-worth experiences, and related operating-model transformation effortsDevelop a deep understanding of wealth-management clients, advisor practices, service models, specialist engagement, and operational workflows to identify opportunities and define future-state experiencesPartner with business leaders and field stakeholders to clarify problems, test assumptions, define target outcomes, and turn broad strategies into actionable product plansConnect strategy to execution by translating business and operating-model decisions into prioritized capabilities, requirements, roadmaps, user stories, and measurable outcomesHelp define how advisor teams, associate roles, specialists, and cross-functional partners coordinate around client and household needs, including the workflows and shared visibility required to support those relationshipsSupport the evolution of differentiated experiences for client segments, including affluent and ultra-high-net-worth clients, by connecting service-model decisions to advisor, client, process, and technology implicationsPartner with technology and architecture teams to evaluate solution options and understand dependencies involving Salesforce, workflow platforms, data, integrations, and advisor-facing experiencesServe as a product leader, connector, and integrator across multiple organizations, bringing structure to ambiguity and maintaining alignment among business, product, technology, operations, and field partnersDevelop recommendations informed by client and advisor feedback, qualitative and quantitative analysis, business objectives, operational realities, and product-management best practicesCommunicate strategy, priorities, decisions, progress, risks, dependencies, and trade-offs clearly to leadership and cross-functional stakeholdersDefine success measures, monitor outcomes, incorporate feedback, and adjust the product approach as business priorities and insights evolveWhat you haveRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experienceStrong product-management and product-strategy skills, with 7-10+ years of relevant experience;
