Shift: Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Job Description

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Light Industrial Assemblers / Packaging Associates to join a fast-paced production team in Redmond, WA . This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, thrive in team environments, and can maintain quality and accuracy while performing repetitive production tasks.

In this role, you will work on a manual packaging line, picking products from a moving conveyor belt, packaging items into boxes, applying labels, and ensuring products meet quality standards. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in manufacturing, production, and warehouse operations while working a consistent daytime schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on a production line with a continuously moving conveyor system.
• Pick, sort, and place products into designated boxes and packaging containers.
• Apply labels, stickers, and packaging materials according to work instructions.
• Maintain accuracy while performing repetitive packaging and assembly tasks.
• Keep pace with production goals and line requirements throughout the shift.
• Inspect products for defects and report quality concerns to supervisors.
• Follow established safety procedures and production standards.
• Work closely with team members to maintain workflow and productivity.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Report equipment issues, product defects, or safety concerns immediately.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, production, packaging, assembly, or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to stand and work on your feet for up to 8 hours per shift.
• Ability to perform repetitive hand, wrist, and arm movements throughout the day.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, or move light to moderate materials as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions in English.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with packaging, picking, labeling, or assembly line work.
• Familiarity with warehouse or manufacturing processes.
• Experience working with production schedules and standard work instructions.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain focus and accuracy while performing repetitive tasks.

This is a Contract position based out of Redmond, WA.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
