Facilities Coordinator
$17.33 - $25 per hourTerraces at Summitview - a HumanGood community
Under direct supervision, the Facilities Coordinator provides administrative and secretarial support for Facilities. Acts as the central point of operations for all facilities related services. Prepares letters of correspondence, types various documents, utilizes Word programs, updates computer files and screens incoming calls. Customer service and the ability to multi-task are critical to this position. As a representative and team member of environmental services department, this position is expected to present oneself in a manner that reflects professionalism and ensures resident satisfaction.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm
Pay Range: $17.33-$25.00
Work Duties:
- Administers the Facilities Service Desk:
- Process all phone, walk-in, and emailed service requests
- Communicate with internal customers regarding request status, options, and results
- Dispatch requests to the appropriate personnel
- Work Order Management:
- Service Request generation and technician assignment
- CMMS system monitoring for prompt closure, follow-up, and accuracy.
- Track monthly billings to ensure proper reporting to Resident Services
- Develop and maintain service logs for transportation equipment
- Conduct work tasks safely and in compliance with the facility safety program
- Provide effective and courteous service to all residents, guests and co-workers
Minimum Requirements:
Education –
- High school diploma or equivalent,
- Some college coursework or vocational school courses emphasizing clerical skills including transcribing, alphabetizing, filing, word processing, spreadsheets, tables and scheduling;
Experience/Training –
- At least three year of clerical experience, or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required skills, knowledge and abilities.
