Western Union is seeking a Sales Training Specialist to design, develop, and deliver comprehensive sales training programs across the organization. You will partner with Sales leadership to identify ongoing training needs and travel to various districts for refresher sessions and onboarding. The role requires 3+ years of training experience, strong communication, and bilingual English/Spanish skills.
