Main Duties & Responsibilities Primary Job Role Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination. Collaborate with business leaders to understand staffing needs, define job requirements, and ensure alignment on candidate selection criteria. Assist in forecasting hiring needs and executing recruiting plans to support business objectives across designated locations. Build and Maintain candidate pipelines through sourcing strategies, community partnerships, social media, and attendance at hiring events and job fairs. Maintain consistent communication with hiring managers and candidates to ensure an efficient positive recruitment experience. Utilize ATS systems (ICIMS) to manage requisitions, track candidate activity, and maintain accurate records. Track key hiring metrics and ensure compliance with employment laws, internal policies, and Affiant Action requirements. Provide input on process improvements, participate in TABP collaboration, and support hiring manager training initiatives to enhance recruiting effectiveness. Performs other duties as assigned. Company Overview In 1962, Ring Power Corporation became a full-line Caterpillar dealer in North Florida, and later expanded its authorized territory to include Central Florida. Today, Ring Power Corporate headquarters in St. Augustine oversees the operations of 18 branch locations throughout the state of Florida, including large regional facilities in Tampa and Orlando and crane and forklift sales and service facilities in Pompano. Ring Power also has eight facilities outside of Florida - The Carolinas, Georgia, Texas & Tennessee- to serve the needs of other specialized industries and customers. Ring Power Corporation has become one of the largest Caterpillar dealers in the southeastern United States through dedication to the mission of customer service. Qualifications Education and Experience Formal Education: Associate degree or certification equivalent in a related field of study Experience: 4-7+ years Required / Credentials Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Busniess Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) Able to easily and effectively comprehend written material and communicate orally and in writing with employees and customers. Must have knowledge of employment regulations with the DOL, EEOC and OFCCP. Must have experience on mapping and sourcing resumes from all sources. Ability to support an assigned geographic territory with a high level of responsiveness Ability and willingness to travel approximately 20-40% if the time for hiring events, site visits, and stakeholder meetings. Not Required but Highly Desired Criteria 2 -4 year experience in a technical or related field preferred. HR Certification (SHRM-CP, PHR) Experience with iCIMS. Updating of Knowledge Job requirements frequently change requiring re-training once or more per year.
