Field Service Technician

Diagnose and repair industrial mixers and batching equipment with a focus on minimizing downtime. Conduct preventative maintenance on-site for various systems, ensuring optimal equipment performance and longevity. Execute efficient equipment installations and provide clients with comprehensive training on usage and safety protocols. Spearhead troubleshooting efforts, leveraging diagnostic tools to swiftly identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, fostering trust and ensuring highest satisfaction with Voeller Mixers' services. Maintain comprehensive records of service activities, parts inventory usage, and customer interactions. Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to provide feedback from the field and contribute to continuous product improvement. You'll bring your expertise to projects across North America, reporting directly to the Service Manager. You'll have access to cutting-edge diagnostic tools and technical support, working alongside a dedicated team of professionals committed to innovation. Essential Qualifications Proven experience in field service, preferably within industrial machinery or mixing equipment sectors. Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, with the ability to decipher complex blueprints and technical diagrams. Exceptional communication skills to liaise effectively with client teams and internal support staff.
