Responsibilities Title: Physical Therapist Location: In‑facility Reporting to: Director of Rehab Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy. Educate patients and caregivers on skills for independence. Collaborate with peers and refer for additional care as needed. Qualifications Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice. Master's degree in Physical Therapy. Master's in a related field + Bachelor's in Physical Therapy. Bachelor's in Physical Therapy plus 5 years progressive PT experience.
