This position requires subject matter knowledge and policy proficiency regarding Missing and Exploited Youth, trauma-informed care, developmentally appropriate responses for adolescents and emerging adults, human-centered practice, and equity and inclusion. Administer and interpret the validated screening tool, ensuring fidelity to the model and accurate information is entered into designated data management systems. Support primary social workers post-screening with advanced subject matter knowledge, guiding prevention efforts and service referrals for exploited youth.
