Doctor of Medicine | Family Practice Location: Mount Morris, MI Employer: SalviaCore Solutions Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Shift Information: 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Responsibilities Deliver full-spectrum outpatient primary care services to family medicine and/or adult patients. Diagnose and manage a variety of acute and chronic medical conditions while developing long-term treatment plans. Conduct preventative care visits, annual wellness exams, and routine follow-up appointments. Coordinate patient care with specialists and multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality outcomes. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation using the EPIC EMR system. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to organizational standards of care. Foster strong, long-term relationships with patients and the local community. Qualifications & Credentialing Board Certification: Board Certified or truly Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. Board Eligible candidates must obtain certification within 3 years. This position is not open to candidates with lapsed certifications. Licensure: Must possess a Michigan medical license (or be willing to obtain one). Certifications: Active DEA, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and CSL certifications are required. History: A clean malpractice and licensing history is required. Required Documentation: Candidates must provide a recent NPDB Self Query Report (active within 30 days) at the time of presentation. Experience: Experience with EPIC EMR is preferred. 2026 and 2027 graduates are encouraged to apply. Additional Requirements: Applicants must be able to commit to the Monday-Friday schedule.
