Have fun lighting up Charlotte this Christmas — and get paid well to do it. Earn $18–$25/hour (based on experience and performance) plus tips (some installers make $1000 or more in tips) and bonuses on some of the finest homes and businesses in the Charlotte metro.

Charlotte's Best Christmas Lights is a veteran- and family-owned company that designs and installs professional-grade holiday lighting on homes and businesses across the Charlotte area. Every season we transform rooflines, trees, and entrances into displays our customers come back for year after year.

From  October through February , we hire full-time seasonal light installers and general laborers to help us deliver a season our clients rave about.  EXPERIENCE PREFERRED - but for the right candidate, we'll train you. What you'll do:

• Direct the daily activities of 1 - 2 Christmas lights install crew members
• Install and remove Christmas lights and décor on residential and commercial properties
• Work off ladders and lifts to hang lights along rooflines, gutters, trees, and landscaping
• Load, unload, and organize lighting materials and equipment
• Follow the lighting design plan for each property and pay attention to the details that make a display look clean
• Represent the company professionally on customers' properties
• Help troubleshoot and repair displays quickly when service calls come in (we guarantee repairs within 24–48 hours)

What we're looking for:

• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking — you do what you say you'll do
• Comfortable working at heights and on ladders
• Able to lift, carry, and be on your feet outdoors in cold weather for a full shift
• A good attitude and willingness to learn
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to our shop
• Available to work through the full season, including some Saturdays during peak weeks
