We are seeking an enthusiastic, service-minded Front of House Team Leader to help guide daily operations and cultivate an exceptional hospitality environment. In this role, you will lead shift operations, coach and inspire Front of House team members, ensure fast and accurate service, and model Chick-fil-A’s core values on every shift. You will work closely with Executive Directors and the Franchise Operator to uphold operational excellence and deliver an outstanding guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Shift Leadership & Operations: Lead daily FOH shift operations across the dining room, register, and drive-thru to maintain fast service, high accuracy, and strict quality standards.
• Team Coaching & Development: Train, mentor, and encourage team members on shift, setting a positive tone and providing constructive feedback to foster continuous personal and professional growth. Act as a role model by demonstrating Chick-fil-A’s core values
• Guest Relations: Serve as the primary point of escalation for guest feedback, ensuring quick, empathetic, and respectful resolution to guest needs.
• Keyholder & Cash Management: Perform open/close duties, handle cash drawer reconciliations, assist with shift financial tallies, and maintain secure store operations.
• Safety & Cleanliness: Ensure team compliance with food safety regulations, sanitation protocols, and workplace safety guidelines across all FOH stations.
• Communication: Facilitate clear communication between Front of House and Back of House teams to maintain smooth food execution and guest flow during peak hours.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 1+ years of restaurant, retail, or hospitality leadership experience preferred.
• Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong conflict resolution ability, and high emotional intelligence. Ability to create emotional connections with guests. Friendly smile and enthusiastic communication style
• Pacing & Leadership: Ability to multi-task, stay calm under pressure, and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/carry 25+ lbs regularly.
• Availability: Flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, peak meal times, and Saturdays (Sundays off).
• Reliable: Transportation and availability on weekends and holidays
• Commitment: T o superior customer service and teamwork
• Leadership: Ability to manage team member behavior and performance. Prior leadership experience preferred but not required. Strong people skills with a desire to support and serve team members
