This role involves following recipes, measuring and mixing ingredients, operating baking equipment, and ensuring products meet quality and presentation standards. Bakers will need to be available to work early hours to meet operational timelines.What You’ll Bring:Prepare and bake bread, pastries, desserts, and other baked items according to recipes and production schedules.Measure, mix, and scale ingredients with accuracy and consistency.Operate ovens, mixers, proofers, and other baking equipment safely.Monitor product quality, taste, and presentation standards.Maintain cleanliness and organization of baking and prep areas.Store ingredients properly and follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and restocking of baked goods.Minimum QualificationsAt least one (1) year of related kitchen service experience required.Physical Demands and Work EnvironmentThe physical demands and work environment described herein are representative of the criteria that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
