What We Offer

What You Will Do

Lead daily office operations and elevate the patient experience Drive performance, scheduling efficiency, and retention goals Recruit, coach, and develop front and back office teams Partner with HR on hiring, compliance, and employee relations Oversee reporting, budgeting, and supply management Ensure compliance with all state dental and safety regulations

What You Bring

Experience in medical or dental office management Strong leadership presence and accountability mindset Ability to manage teams and improve operational performance Weekend availability as needed Spanish-speaking ability is a plus Ability to pass background check and drug screening
