Insights Manager

Position Responsibilities: Analyze large, complex data sets to address strategic and operational business questionsDistills and communicates key insights across all levels of the organizationPerform data analysis, build business models, and develop reports / dashboards to support supplier and retailer guidelines, including shelving guidance giving leverage to regional marketing teams for use by local sales teamsDelivery of standard category management practices: shelf management, promotion planning/analysis, pricing analysis, and business development projectsResponsible for supporting strategic planning by delivering forward-looking consumer/shopper analysis to increase our overall business through evaluating threats, implications, opportunities and making actionable recommendationsConduct supplier/brand analyses – including financials, pricing, profitability, and simulation models pertaining to market data to strategize business optimization, promotions, categories, pricing, forecasting, and planningTravel up to 15% of the timeOther duties as assigned Required Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree with 6 to 8 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 9 to 11 plus years of specific experiencePreferred Education and Experience: Master’s Degree BenefitsAt the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees.
