Licensed Practical Nurse

This role is a temp-to-perm Licensed Practical Nurse in a long-term care setting near Marshalltown, Iowa, offering competitive weekly pay up to $2,150 while providing compassionate patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate patient care in a LTC/SNF setting, ensuring resident safety and well-being.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting changes and communicating effectively with the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed following facility protocols and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Adapt to rotating schedules and participate in weekend rotations, demonstrating flexibility to meet facility needs.

Qualifications:

• Valid LPN license in Iowa
• BLS certification and Mandatory Reporter training
• Minimum of 2 years of LTC/SNF experience
• Strong communication skills
• Flexibility with scheduling
• Ability to work rotating weekends
• Physical ability to perform patient care duties
