• At least 2 years of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, beauty, or a similar industry
• Experience working effectively in a high-volume environment
• Excellent communication skills both in person and over the phone
• A team-first attitude and passion for helping others
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• The ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

What You'll Do As a Guest Services Coordinator, you'll help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly while creating an exceptional experience for every guest who walks through the door. Responsibilities include:

• Answering incoming calls and responding to guest inquiries
• Scheduling and managing appointments
• Providing pricing and service information
• Supporting retail sales and recommending additional services when appropriate
• Communicating messages to team members
• Managing guest wait times and scheduling updates
• Assisting with light cleaning and maintaining a welcoming shop environment
