About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team. The CFO will be a key strategic and financial partner to the CEO, with a focus on target evaluations and strategic growth planning. This role involves directing all day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, and treasury operations, as well as managing compliance for debt covenants and coordinating with 3rd-party credit partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a robust corporate finance structure, including scalable accounting systems, internal controls, and standard operating procedures. Additionally, the CFO will oversee cash flow management, budgeting, and forecasting processes, and serve as the main point of contact for external auditors and private equity sponsors. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a proven financial background in blue-collar, industrial, construction services, or home services environments. Hands-on experience with institutional lenders and compliance with debt covenants is essential. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 years' progressive corporate finance and accounting experience, with a direct background in a Private Equity portfolio company. Active involvement in M&A, due diligence, and post-close financial integration is also required. The role demands a professional who is ready to take on a strategic leadership position, with a strong desire to be hands-on in building and scaling financial processes.
