Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Join a traveling Physical Therapist role in a skilled nursing facility in Woburn, MA where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. Conduct thorough evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, apply therapeutic modalities, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, educate patients and families, and maintain accurate documentation to support optimal patient outcomes.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid and unrestricted Massachusetts Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred. New graduates accepted with prior SNF experience.
• Ability to perform comprehensive evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans, and document patient care timely and accurately.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care environment preferred.
• Familiarity with common SNF equipment and rehabilitation modalities preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 8-hour day shift.
• Guaranteed hours: 35 hours per week.
• Float required: No.
