PositionOverview ThePlanning&OperationsSr.Associateisarolethatblendsparaplanning-adjacentsupport(documentcollection,scheduling,datainput,newclientonboarding)withFamilyOfficeOperations.Therolerequiresclosecoordinationwithbothinternalteammembersandexternalprofessionals(M&Advisors,estateattorneys,CPAs,andotherspecialists)supportingourclients,includingultra-high-net-worth(UHNW)andFamilyOffice(FO)relationships. Theidealcandidatewillhavepreviousexperienceworkinginafinancialservicesrole,iscomfortableinterfacingwithbothclientsandexternalpartnersdaily,enjoysmanagingmultipleprojectsatthesametime,andisproactiveinkeepingteammembersontask.
