Compensation Overview
The salary range for both full-time and part-time positions is between $545,175.00 and $649,875.00, with the possibility of additional earnings reaching up to $64,380.00. Salaries are influenced by skills, competencies, and geographic location, with potential premium earnings varying accordingly. The annual salary is also determined by tenure with the organization and the full-time equivalent (FTE) work schedule.

Partnership Opportunities
After three consecutive years of full-time employment (or six years of part-time work), physicians may transition to a Partner/Owner role within the organization. Qualifications
Candidates must be board certified or eligible in plastic surgery, with a preference for those who have undergone microsurgery training. A strong interest in complex reconstructive practices across the body and a commitment to educating residents and students are essential.
