Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of families, couples, and individuals, tailoring therapeutic interventions to meet their unique needs.

• Facilitate therapy sessions, both in joint and individual formats, focusing on relationship dynamics, family systems, and personal mental health challenges.

• Address issues including but not limited to grief and loss, conflict resolution among family members, job stress, communication difficulties, and adjustment problems related to separation and divorce.

• Develop and implement intervention strategies designed to enhance family functioning and improve individual mental health.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with organizational standards and regulatory guidelines.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and enhance treatment outcomes for your clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
