Heartline Staffing is a Strategic Talent Partner with Purple Cow Recruiting. We are hiring a Licensed Psychologist in Leavenworth, Kansas.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Clinical psychology role within a correctional healthcare environment
• Responsible for psychological assessment, treatment planning, counseling, crisis intervention, and mental health services
• Works collaboratively with psychiatrists, physicians, nurses, social workers, security personnel, and other clinical staff
• Provides services to inmates/residents within an institutional setting
• Onsite position; not remote

COMPENSATION
• Salary range: $165,000-$175,000 annually
• Signing bonus may be offered during negotiations

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Conduct psychological screenings and assessments
• Review records and perform clinical interviews
• Develop, implement, and modify individual treatment plans
• Provide counseling and crisis intervention services
• Make rounds in segregation and confined housing areas
• Assess inmate adjustment and mental health treatment needs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams
• Consult with psychiatry, nursing, medical, educational, chaplain, and security staff
• Provide psychological services and behavioral interventions
• Coordinate psychological service programs within the facility

• Doctoral degree in Psychology from an accredited college or university REQUIRED
• Current unrestricted Kansas Psychologist license REQUIRED
• Minimum two years of clinical experience REQUIRED
• Minimum one year in a comparable position REQUIRED
• Ability to work onsite in Leavenworth, Kansas REQUIRED
• Corrections or detention experience preferred
