Base pay range $170,000.00/yr - $220,000.00/yr Chesapeake Search Partners is partnering with a well-established, community-focused financial institution in the greater Frederick area to identify a Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This is a key executive role within an organization known for its strong culture and growth mindset. The CFO will join the executive leadership team and oversee all financial operations, from strategy and forecasting to accounting and regulatory compliance. This is a hands‑on environment where collaboration and leadership visibility are essential.
