Job Summary

Manage all aspects of quoting, scheduling and communicating both internally and externally. Provide details related to outgoing goods. Oversee overall warehouse flow and organization.

 

General Responsibilities

Obtain quality quotes from multiple carriers for finished goods shipments

Ensure quality, on-time delivery for customers

Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems and processes

Communicate details of shipment to final customer so they are prepared to receive the shipment

Handle all damage or other claims related to CRI’s shipping of finished goods

May periodically be required to load materials but only on a back-up/as needed basis

Other responsibilities as assigned

Schedule shipments of RGA material from customer back to CRI

Oversee quality inspection, labeling and stocking location of incoming parts

 

Job Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of related experience as a shipping clerk, coordinator, warehouse management or other shipping related position.
