At The Springs Resort, our purpose is caring for the enhanced wellbeing of all . We are looking for an energetic, welcoming, and engaging Activities & Wellness Facilitator to help guests explore, restore, connect, and revitalize through memorable resort programming.

No yoga or wellness certification is required. We will provide the training—you bring the personality, enthusiasm, and genuine desire to make people feel welcome.

• Lead wellness experiences, recreational activities, and resort programming
• Welcome guests and create an inclusive, engaging environment
• Confidently communicate instructions and facilitate activities for individuals and groups
• Set up, organize, clean, and restore activity spaces
• Encourage guest participation and promote resort experiences and amenities
• Monitor activities with attention to guest comfort and safety
• Work collaboratively with the Guest Experiences Team
• Bring creativity, positive energy, and new ideas to resort programming

• Customer service, recreation, wellness, or hospitality experience is preferred but not required
• Available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Physical and Work Environment Requirements

This is an active, guest-facing position that may take place indoors, outdoors, and in or around geothermal mineral water.

Team members must be able to:

• Regularly stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout the resort
• Lead and participate in physical and wellness-based activities
• Lift, carry, push, or move materials and equipment weighing up to 30 pounds
• Safely enter and exit pool or water areas as required for assigned activities
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, sun, wind, and light precipitation
• Work in wet, humid, and potentially slippery environments
• Perform activity setup and cleanup safely and efficiently
• Communicate clearly with guests and team members in active environments
