As a full time Float Family Medicine
Nurse Practitioner in West Phoenix, AZ., the NP will play a dynamic role within our
healthcare team, providing versatile and comprehensive primary care services to
patients across various settings. Your responsibilities will include delivering
patient-centered care, conducting assessments, and collaborating with
healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.

Requirements:
Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing with Family Nurse Practitioner focus.
Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
Current Arizona state licensure and DEA certification.
Experience in family medicine or primary care settings.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt to different clinical environments.
