Warehouse Teammates participate in the daily activities and operations of the Distribution House. This role performs an array of functions that may include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials. Warehouse Teammates are responsible for manual tasks associated with the processing of orders. This position is a cross functional role. Warehouse Teammates will perform work in any department within the facility as directed to support operational requirements and business priorities. Assignment to specific functions may vary daily based on workload, staffing levels, and operational needs. This role is responsible for manual and computerized tasks associated with the processing of orders. Utilizes hand-held computers to receive daily tasks Picking, pulling, and packaging of orders Processing and shipping of orders Consistently at work and on time Other duties as assignedQualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Relocation No relocation provided Base Compensation $17.00-$20.00 Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
