You'll be engaged in all aspects of the day-to-day operation of your Applebee's-from building guest relationships to promoting community involvement. You'll be responsible for meeting sales and profit goals; and, maintaining your store. You'll be the Keeper of the Brand, promoting our standards in every aspect of daily operation.

Requirements:
• 2-3 years of management experience in the restaurant, entertainment or hospitality industry.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Responsible alcohol service and food safety certifications as required.
• Kitchen Managers must have current alcohol and food certification that meets state requirements.
• This position requires you to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to 12 hours in length and be able to lift 25-50 pounds.
