Pediatric In-Office Phlebotomist (IOP) We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented In-Office Phlebotomist to join our team in a pediatric clinic. The ideal candidate will have experience performing venipuncture on children and will bring professionalism, accuracy, and compassion to every patient interaction. Key Responsibilities Perform pediatric blood draws using appropriate venipuncture techniques. Ensure accurate specimen labeling, handling, and documentation in EHR. Maintain compliance with HIPAA, safety, and infection control protocols. Provide a calm, supportive experience for young patients and their families. Adhere to Solaris and clinic policies and maintain consistent punctuality and attendance. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of pediatric phlebotomy experience, 2+ years overall. High School Diploma or equivalent. Proficiency with both straight and butterfly needle venipuncture techniques.
