Quince, San Francisco's three Michelin-starred restaurant, is seeking a passionate and hospitality-driven Bartender to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-performance environment, values precision and professionalism, and is committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences. Our bartenders play a critical role in shaping the guest journey through thoughtful service, technical excellence, and a deep understanding of food and beverage pairing.

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and attention to detail.
• Provide warm, gracious, and knowledgeable hospitality to every guest.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of our cocktail program, wine list, spirits, and menu offerings.
• Collaborate closely with the dining room and culinary teams to ensure seamless service.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper stocking of the bar at all times.
• Follow all company standards, health and safety regulations, and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Assist with inventory management, prep work, and opening/closing duties.

• Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a fine dining or upscale hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and beverage service.
• Excellent communication skills and a polished, professional presence.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to hospitality excellence.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
