Loan Servicing Specialist - Temporary, Baltimore, MD Onsite

FlexStaff is hiring several temporary employees for our client, a leading federal credit union, located in Baltimore, Maryland to work in their Loan Servicing department. As a temporary member of the team, you will assist with their lease volume due to growth in vehicle leases that are currently being financed through the credit union . This role is 100% on-site in the office. Job Overview

• This assignment will be for approximately 6 months
• It is 100% onsite M-F in their Baltimore, Maryland office
• A good amount of the role would be managing high call volume.
• Loan and/or Lease experience is required ,as well as professional phone and

customer service/ call center experience. * This is an hourly role with a pay range of $23-26/hour Responsibilities: * Process and support all types of consumer lease maintenance requests in accordance with established policies, and procedures, including account maintenance, transactions, and vendor follow-up. * Respond promptly and professionally to phone and email inquiries from credit union teammates, third parties, and members. * Research and resolve lease servicing issues, including compliance concerns, complaints, and escalations. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional member service for lease servicing and termination requests. Qualifications : Minimum of 3 years customer service experience in consumer loan or lease environment. *Additional Salary Detail The salary range and/or hourly rate listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.
