The Office Administrator will support a small team of 1-5 members by managing daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations. This role requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual who can handle multiple responsibilities efficiently and support the team in maintaining an organized and productive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for the team
• Handle correspondence and manage incoming/outgoing communication
• Organize and maintain files and records for easy retrieval
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain databases
• Provide customer support and address client inquiries
• Manage office inventory and order supplies as needed
• Coordinate visitor reception and office events
• Keep detailed records to support administrative processes

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in office administration
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Basic knowledge of QuickBooks
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Effective time management and problem-solving abilities
• Customer service orientation and teamwork skills
• Experience in office management and data entry
