Job Summary:
An MRI Technologist position is available at a healthcare facility in Sierra Vista, Arizona. The role involves performing magnetic resonance imaging procedures, including Breast MRI, and contributing to a newly established MRI unit. Candidates are expected to bring their license on the first day and have a minimum of two years of experience in MRI.

Job Details:

• Location: Sierra Vista, Arizona
• Schedule: Thursday through Saturday, 0600-1830; rotating Sundays 0700-1200
• Shift Hours: 12 hours per shift
• Minimum Hours Per Week: 36 hours
• Required Qualifications: Associates degree in Radiology, licensed by the Arizona Department of Health Services (AZDHS), certification in American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in X-RAY and MRI, with at least 2 years of experience, trained in MRI, able to perform Breast MRI, and experienced with GE Voyager MRI system, Cerner, and Change (McKesson) PACs
• Preferred Qualifications: GE MRI training
• Additional Information:
  • Patient ratio of 1:1
  • No float requirements
  • Dress code: Scrubs; acceptable colors are any, with unacceptable attire including acrylic nails and hats

Candidates will be responsible for working in a busy MRI environment, providing technical expertise and patient care for both inpatient and outpatient populations. The role requires a hardworking and professional personality to support the growth of the new MRI unit.
