About Grove Property Group Grove Property Group is a Greater Boston real estate firm specializing in multifamily investment, leasing, and residential services. We focus on off-market opportunities, informed strategy, and clear execution. Our transactions are covered regularly in NEREJ, Traded, Boston Agent, and Connect CRE. Position Overview Grove is seeking a multifamily investment sales broker to build and manage their own book of business across Greater Boston. This is a full production role for someone with real estate sales experience who is ready to focus on investment sales. The position offers a top-tier commission split from day one. What You Will Do Source and win multifamily listings (3-50+ units) across Greater Boston Originate off-market opportunities through direct owner outreach and relationship building Underwrite deals and produce BOVs, offering memorandums, and pricing strategy Advise owners on pricing, positioning, and disposition timing Manage transactions from LOI through P&S to closing Develop repeat business with private capital, family offices, and 1031 exchange buyers Who You Are 1+ years of real estate sales experience Working knowledge of underwriting fundamentals - cap rates, NOI, rent rolls, T-12s Comfortable with direct outreach and high-volume prospecting Familiarity with Boston rent dynamics, zoning, and neighborhood-level market trends Self-directed, responsive, and committed to a long-term career in investment sales What Sets Us Apart An established team of experienced brokers who collaborate rather than compete - deals get workshopped, buyer lists get shared, and relationships get cross-introduced Top-tier commission split, uncapped and negotiable based on production Your book remains your book - no account reassignment and no house accounts Boston market depth - concentrated expertise in South Boston, Dorchester, Somerville, and the North End Direct access to leadership with same-day decision-making In-house underwriting, marketing, and OM production support so you stay in front of clients Cross-referral flow between our investment and residential divisions No non-compete on client relationships This is a 1099 independent contractor position.
