The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in engineering, with a specialization in system design and process improvement. This role focuses on evaluating and optimizing our systems and equipment, designing new processes, and ensuring that engineering projects meet our standards for quality, cost-effectiveness, and functionality. Key Responsibilities: System and Process Analysis: Review and assess existing systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement and recommending streamlining opportunities. Equipment and Process Design: Evaluate current equipment and design new processes or systems that meet Axionovas needs in terms of output, cost, and quality. Cost Reduction: Make informed recommendations on new systems or designs that could help reduce production and operational costs. Project Collaboration: Partner with the engineering team to bring designs to fruition, ensuring that equipment and processes align with project requirements. Project Management: Oversee installation projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion while maintaining efficiency and adherence to budgets. Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure all designs and implementations align with health and safety guidelines, maintaining a safe work environment. Goal Achievement: Work toward key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives set by executives, aligning your work with Axionova's strategic goals. Qualifications and Requirements: Educational Background: Bachelors degree (or higher) in Engineering or a related field. Experience: Demonstrated experience in a similar design engineering role. Technical Proficiency: Ability to read, interpret, and execute technical drawings and diagrams accurately. Project Management Skills: Proven ability to effectively manage engineering projects, from concept to completion. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with meticulous attention to detail. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear documentation and effective teamwork. Manufacturing Knowledge: Familiarity with manufacturing processes, machinery, and equipment. Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload to meet deadlines.
