Based in Dallas, the Junior Litigation Paralegal position presents an opportunity to assist attorneys with a diverse range of tasks and projects. This role directly reports to the Paralegal Services Manager, offering a dynamic and collaborative work environment. Responsibilities include: Draft and prepare Court filings. Assist with calendaring case deadlines. Assist with document collection, organization, review, and productions. Assist with discovery requests. Assist with deposition, meeting, or interview preparations. Assist with trial and arbitration preparations. Ability to travel and attend trial and arbitrations. Cite-check references and/or caselaw in briefs. Prepare exhibits to court filings. Proofread court briefs and discovery documents. Prepare various charts and indices. Coordinate with external vendors. Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS Excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail. Flexible and able to multi-task, balancing priorities and tight deadlines. Proactive and able to handle efficiently handle multiple projects and client matters simultaneously. Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills. Superior analytical and reasoning abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with members across multiple offices. Ability to work overtime as necessary. EXPERIENCE Bachelors Degree required. Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel. The annual compensation range for this position is $55-62k. The salary offered within this range will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations.
