Legal Assistant

Responsibilities
- The role supports litigation and case management functions, including e-filing, calendar management, client communication, and administrative support in a collaborative office environment.
- Assist attorneys with case preparation, file organization, and litigation support.
- Manage case files, document review, filing systems, and accurate record maintenance.
- Submit electronic court filings and maintain court-related documentation.
- Coordinate calendars, court appearances, client meetings, and important deadlines.
- Communicate with clients regarding case updates, scheduling, and general inquiries.
- Scheduling, filing, organizing, relaying information to client's.
- High school diploma required.
- 1+ years preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with Office 365 and legal case management software.
- Ability to work collaboratively, follow direction, and maintain professionalism.
- Receptionist and administrative skills.
- We need someone who presents very professionally as they will have some direct contact with clients.
- Full-time schedule with consistent weekday hours.
