Valet Attendant
The Valet Attendant is the first point of contact for our guests and plays a vital role in setting a welcoming tone for their visit. You will be responsible for greeting guests, safely parking and retrieving vehicles, and ensuring a seamless, courteous, and luxurious experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival.
- Safely drive, park, and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely manner.
- Open doors and assist guests with belongings if needed.
- Maintain the driveway area to ensure a clean and organized appearance.
- Communicate effectively with service advisors, porters, and other dealership staff.
- Provide directions, answer basic questions, and assist guests as needed.
- Follow all dealership safety and driving guidelines.
- Treat each guest with the professionalism and hospitality reflective of the Lexus brand.
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona drivers license and clean driving record.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Friendly, professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under various weather conditions.
- Prior valet or customer service experience preferred but not required.
Physical Requirements
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
