IT Finance Analyst

Location: The Woodlands, TX
Work arrangement: On-site/hybrid

We are recruiting an IT Finance Analyst for a company in The Woodlands. This early-career role sits at the intersection of finance, technology, and data analytics. You'll work with Finance, IT, and business teams to improve reporting, support financial systems, and turn data into useful insights.

What you'll do

Support budgeting, forecasting, monthly close, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and opportunities to improve costs and processes.
Help automate recurring reports and analysis.
Gather requirements from Finance and business users and translate them into clear requests for IT application teams.
Support ERP reporting and planning tools, including system enhancements, testing, documentation, and user training.
Explore practical uses for AI and automation in Finance and IT workflows.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills and an interest in both financial processes and technology.
Clear communication skills and the ability to work with people across different teams.
Internship, coursework, or project experience involving finance, ERP systems, analytics, or IT is welcome.

Experience with Infor CloudSuite, Infor EPM, Power BI, SQL, Microsoft Copilot, or other data and AI tools is a plus. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
